Manual Reboots

Manual reboots can only be provided within our office hours, we only do manual reboots if the server isn't accessible via VNC and SSH. If a reboot is self-inflicted e. g. if the user initated a shtudown instead of a reboot we reserve the right to charge a service fee. A manual reboot is normally done within 1 hour but can take up to 2 hours (e.g. on weekends).
